Delete your account
What's deleted, and how to do it.

Deleting your account is permanent. If you might want your rides, Download your data first.
Delete it
- Open Profile → Account Settings.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom.
- Type DELETE, in capitals.
- Confirm with your password, or by signing in again with Google, Facebook or Apple if you don't have one.
What's deleted
Your profile, picture and @username, your rides and photos, your garage, your events, your messages and your sign-in methods, on every device. Byker keeps only an anonymised record that an account was deleted.
Copies of your rides other riders saved stay theirs, credited to "a former rider".
Deleting your account doesn't cancel Byker Premium. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings, or it carries on and is charged.
