Comment, reply and edit

Published rides, events and Byker News entries have comments under them, newest first on rides and events, oldest first on News.

Reply to a comment

Tap Reply under a comment and write your answer. Replies sit under the comment they answer, oldest first, so a conversation reads in order. Replying to a reply adds to the same conversation.

The rider who wrote the comment hears about your reply in their notifications.

Edit or delete your comment

Open the ⋮ menu beside your comment:

• Edit: change what you wrote. Riders see Edited beside it.
• Delete: take it off. Deleting a comment deletes its replies too.

Organisers and ride owners can delete comments on their events and rides, but only you can edit yours.

See a comment that breaks the rules? Open its ⋮ menu and choose Report.
