Finding and sharing rides

Ride it with Google Maps or a sat nav

Hand your ride to Google Maps, or export a GPX file for Garmin, TomTom and others.

Updated 19 October 2026

Byker plans; Google Maps or your sat nav navigates. Open any ride and tap Ride it.

Open in Google Maps

Byker sends the start, the finish and points along the ride to Google Maps for directions. Google Maps may still choose different roads in places, especially on long rides. For the exact route, use a GPX file.

Export GPX

Byker makes a .gpx file with the exact line, your points and the speed cameras along the way (as waypoints), and opens your phone's share sheet. Send it to the Garmin app, TomTom, OsmAnd, Kurviger, Calimoto or any app or device that opens GPX files.

Never use your phone while riding. Set up navigation before you set off.
