Organise an event
Set up a meetup, group ride or charity event, and invite riders.

- Tap the red + and choose Organise an event.
- Give it a name and choose what kind of event it is.
- Choose when it starts, and when it ends if you like.
- Choose the meeting point: search for a café, car park, town or postcode, or use Where I am now.
- Add a description: the plan, the pace, stops, what to bring.
- Attach a route from your rides, add a cover photo, and choose who can see it and who can join.
- Tap Create event.
Everyone who can see the event sees where you meet. Choose a café or car park, never your home.
After it's made
From the event's menu, you can Edit, Invite riders (by username, or all your friends at once), change the Cover photo, Cancel event with a reason, or Delete it. Cancelling keeps it visible as cancelled, so riders know; deleting removes it for everyone.
Share it with Share event, and you'll hear when riders say they're going or comment.
