Subscribe, restore or cancel Premium
Start a free trial, get Premium back on a new phone, or cancel.

Subscribe
- Open Profile → Byker Premium.
- Choose Yearly (best value) or Monthly.
- Tap Start 7-day free trial or Subscribe, and confirm with the App Store or Google Play.
The free trial is for new subscribers. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.
Restore purchases
On a new phone, sign in to the same Byker account. If Premium doesn't show, open Byker Premium and tap Restore purchases. One subscription gives Premium to one Byker account.
Cancel
Open Byker Premium and tap Manage subscription, or go to your App Store account settings, or Payments & subscriptions in Google Play. On the App Store, cancel at least 24 hours before it renews. Premium carries on until the end of the period you've paid for.
Supporter badge
In Byker Premium, switch the Supporter badge on or off to show riders you support Byker.
