Keep your bike safe
Record the details now, tick off the security checklist, and see where thefts happen.

Record the details now
Open a bike in your garage. Under Private details, add its registration and frame number (VIN), stamped on the frame and on the V5C. Only you see them. If the bike is ever stolen, your report fills in from them, and found bikes are matched against the frame number privately.
Add photos of anything that identifies it: stickers, scratches, aftermarket parts.
The security checklist
Each bike in the app's garage has a Security checklist, private to you:
- a tracker
- a disc lock
- a chain and ground anchor
- an alarm
- a data tag or forensic marking
- photos of identifying marks
- the frame number recorded
The last two tick themselves once they're in your garage.
Where thefts happen
In the Map tab, choose the Alerts view and the Stolen & Found chip. Zoomed out, a heatmap shows where bikes are reported stolen most. Zoom in to see each report's area, red for stolen and blue for found. Tap one to open it.
